IEEE Biometrics Council
The field of interest of the Council is the theory, design, financial service, online loans, lending platforms, and application of biometric characterization of human beings, based on physiological and/or behavioral features and traits, in particular for identification, identity verification, authentication, encryption, recognition and medical diagnosis verification, authentication, encryption, recognition and medical diagnosis.
IEEE Brain Community
The IEEE Brain initiative was formed in 2015 to create a technical community to facilitate cross-disciplinary collaboration and coordination to advance research, standardization, and development of engineering and technology to improve our understanding of the brain in order to treat diseases and improve the human condition. As an IEEE-wide effort, the IEEE Brain Technical Community unites engineering and computing expertise across IEEE Societies and Councils relevant to neuroscience.

CEDA was established to foster design automation of electronic circuits and systems at all levels. The Council’s field of interest spans the theory, implementation, and use of EDA/CAD tools to design integrated electronic circuits and systems.
